The file handler will have the responsibility of their own portfolio of litigated small claims track files under the guidance of a leadfile handler with training provided. The role offers great opportunities to progress your legal career in one of the UKs largest law firms.What we are looking for within the role:* The ability to effectively manage a caseload to ensure court deadlines and targets are met.* Effective telephone skills and the ability to negotiate effectively to agree to an appropriate settlement.* File handling experience within a law practice or insurer.* Experience in Law through further education or experience.
