Conveyancing Paralegal BoltonAre you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal looking for a new opportunity If so, we have an amazing new role available with a conveyancing firm that offers fantastic progression and development and allows you to really have a say in how things are done.My client is a forward-thinking law firm based in the Bolton Region looking to expand the Residential Property team. Duties* Deal with sale enquiries* Draft replies to additional enquiries and requisitions* Investigate basic freehold titles and raise the relevant additional enquiries or requisitions* Check replies to enquiries* Interpret and advise on search results* Draft and negotiate contract clauses to suit circumstances* Deal with clients, estate agents and other lawyers confidently on the telephone, give advice and negotiate solutions to problems* Undertake exchanges of contracts* Deal with all conditions in a mortgage offer* Prepare completion statementsIdeal Candidate* You will have previous experience within a similar role within a Conveyancing Department of a law practice, with a good understanding of the conveyancing process* Ideally have a law degree and experience working in a law firm* You will have experience managing and prioritising your own caseload* You have a proactive approach and can use own initiativeBenefits* Salary up to £24,000 DOE* Company pension scheme* Remote/Home working and office based* Friendly and supportive colleaguesIf you would like to apply for this job role please get in touch with Millie @ Simpson Judge Recruitment today.
