We are looking for a registered manager to join our team and oversee the delivery of our high-quality care to our clients.As a registered manager, you will be responsible for:• Ensuring compliance with CQC guidelines and regulations• Managing the day-to-day operations of the service, including staff recruitment, training, supervision, and retention• Providing effective leadership and support to the care coordinators, supervisors, and care workers• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, their families, and other health and social care professionals• Promoting the rights, dignity, and independence of each client• Growing and developing the business and ensuring customer satisfactionTo be successful in this role, you will need:• A relevant qualification, such as NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent• Experience of managing the delivery of social care services as a service manager• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills• A caring, positive, and supportive attitude• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleIn return, we offer:• A competitive salary of 35k to 40k per annual, depending on experience and qualifications• A supportive and friendly working environment• Ongoing training and development opportunities• A rewarding and fulfilling career in home careIf you are interested in this role, please apply online or contact us for more information.
