This company offer a supportive, inclusive, developmental culture, and youwill be joining a busy HR team of 5!Are you an experienced Recruitment Assistant or Advisor looking for an opportunity to work in a fast paced environment Are you a HR professional with a strong background in Recruitment/resourcing If so this could be a fantastic opportunity for you!About the role This candidate will focus on managing the full end to end recruitment process, supporting and building strong relationships with the senior management team, and a range of stakeholders. This person will be responsible for managing the ATS systems and advertisingroles on local job boards. You will be the interface for the candidate journey. You will manage a range of agency partner, contracts, and act as a point of contact for all internal or external recruitment contacts. This is an exciting and fast paced role! The role will be split across home working, and visiting sites in Darwen and Salford, so its key you are located in or around these areas.To be considered you will be an experienced Recruitment or HR professional, ideally from a fast paced environment.
