QUALITY MANAGERBOLTON£40,000 - £45,000 per annum8:00am - 4:30pm - Monday to Friday Owing to continued business success, a market leading manufacturing company for a variety of industries has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and technically minded Quality Manager to join their business. Working within this expanding company you will be involved all aspects of Quality with their diverse environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking for a technically challenging role within an established, yet growing business.Company Profile*Growing company with great progression opportunities.*£Multi-million turnover industry leader.Role & Responsibilities*Completion of customer concern reports*Involvement in customer quality complaints, implementing corrective actions through to resolution.*Supervise the day-to-day activities of the QC Laboratory and shift Technicians. *Devise and establish the companys quality processes, standards, and specifications in line*with PE&Q Manager.*Review existing policies and make suggestions for improvement and how to implement.*Maintain and manage the internal & external auditing functions and processes.*Maintain the Companys recognised standards, including managing the readiness to respond *to customer audits and notified body audits.*Lead, develop and improve measures and monitoring of manufacturing and quality *performance against KPIsRequired Skills & Experience*Quality Management experience *Demonstrate knowledge of Regulatory and Compliance to ISO13485, ISO 9001, FDA 21CFR Part 820 and controlled environmental standards. Lead Quality Auditor *Planning & Project Management*Perform QMS (Quality Management System) audits.*Risk Assessments mapping and use of FMEA and/or process mapping.*Experience within a Manufacturing Business - Pharmaceutical / Medical - preferred *Strong written and verbal communication skills.*Ability to manage and work effectively across a range of departmentsIn return for your commitment my client offers a stable and secure career for technically motivated engineers.
