A Project Manager/Engineering Technical Coordinator role based at a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical company in Westhoughton.Main ResponsibilitiesPlanning and prioritisation of engineering tasks related to customer demand and PPM complianceVisibility of PPM schedule adherence and liaison with QAVisibility of unscheduled tasks (breakdowns) and liaison with Engineering Manager to highlight areas ofconcernWork order control associated with above and issuing work orders through Eng ManagerFiling of all Engineering department documentation in line with GMP requirements (ie: Work orders,interventions, PPM, Calibrations, ELDs/drawings)Creation and maintenance of GMP compliant equipment history filesCommunication with all departments related to planned engineering activities 3 months ahead (TBA)Equipment spares management / oversight and liaison with key suppliersLiaison with engineering / technical key service providersWork with Engineering Manager on continuous improvement activities related to overall site GMPcompliance related to engineering.Overseeing asset management and maintaining assets across site keeping the asset log up to date.Setting up and overseeing PPM system, liaising with departments to schedule PPMs when plant available.Setting up and overseeing Calibration system for site alerting departments when items are due forcalibration.Experience/SkillsTechnical / Engineering understanding of parts at a simplistic level2 years in similar roleSpecific clerical experience in regulated industry complianceSelf-starting, pro-active nature with a passion for continuous improvement activitiesAbility to work on several tasks simultaneouslyHigh attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsI.T. literate with multiple MS software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)Trustworthiness, ability and initiative to lead, work independently but also as part of a teamSpecific professional/technical expertise and experience required for the job.Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
