Job Description

Tradewind are recruiting! Are you an UKS2 Primary teacher in the Bolton area Are you looking for a role teaching Year 6Tradewind are currently recruiting for hardworking Primary teachers for a welcoming Farnworth primary school. The role is to start after September 2022 and will last for the academic Year. For this long-term role, You will be paid £131-£189 per day.This warm and welcoming school has a committed team of staff who will go above and beyond to make you feel part of the permanent team. As for the children, the classes are fun and hardworking and have a love for learning. As class teacher you must be awareof some potential disruption in class due to disruptions to learning over the last couple years. The Headteacher is after Primary Teachers who deliver engaging and diverse lessons to pupils to encourage both academic and personal development. Particularlywith any disengaged children that may need a little more support from you.As a whole school, the staff and parents are lovely and welcoming. They will make you feel part of an extended family from day one and will do what they can to support where needed.You will be needed to prepare the Year 6 children for their transition to secondary school, therefore any experience of this or working with KS2 children would be useful.To join us and be successful as a Primary Teacher in this role you will need to:

  • Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience within KS2
  • Knowledge and understanding working with a range of behavioural difficulties.
  • Have a can-do, resilient attitude
  • This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure
  • Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK
