Job Description

  • Ensure all aftercare works are carried out safely (compliance with the Company Safety Policy, Risk and Method Statements and all relevant legislation), on time, within budget and contract detail and in accordance with design standards, specifications and company procedures.
  • Manage material order requests to procure materials.
  • Summary activity reports for construction delivery team and customers.
  • Understand and develop key relationships with Stakeholders.
  • Allocate/Attend to defect repairs efficiently and within target set by customer.
  • Ensure works are being performed in accordance with drawings, specifications and information.
  • Undertake all necessary quality checks throughout the defects works prior to final completion.

  • Good organisational skills with the ability to plan your own workload.
  • Good people management, influencing, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial awareness - thorough understanding of financial and performance reporting.
  • Thorough understanding of construction techniques.
  • Proficient IT Skills - Word, Excel and report writing.
  • Hold a current and valid UK driving licence.
