You will be joining an award-winning, Top 200 firm specialising in quality defendant insurance. This firm is established for 50 years withexcellent progression and qualification routes.Based across the UK, our firm represents big insurance companies and national corporations as clients. You will liaise and defend the companies as your client.Excitingly, for strong litigation file handlers who have confidence and a willingness to progress, there are chances to access Non-Delegated work in your own name. Here, you can handle a caseload independently and make decisions on the files on behalf ofthe insurer client.The Role You will join as a motor accident file handler in the RTA team. You will handle a caseload of motor accident files from start to finish, fully litigated in your name. These files range from fast to multi track, valuing to £100,000 in value per file. Furtherduties include collecting witness statements, medical reports, and evidence for court proceedings.The Benefits
