Are you an experienced personal injury paralegal looking for your next opportunityLook no further, our firm is a Legal 500 practice sourcing an EL Pl File Handler to join their defendant personal injury team.You will be joining a firm established 50 years and located nationally across the UK, headquartered in the Northwest and a multi discipline expertise.As a personal injury paralegal, you are responsible for handling a caseload of EL PL files and following a litigation process. You will collect evidence for court proceedings and work on multi track files.The Role

  • Handling EL PL files up to £100,000 in value
  • Independently working a caseload
  • Specialising in the personal injury team
  • Drafting witness statements and medical reports as evidence
  • Working to deadlines for court proceedings
