Fantastic opportunity for a junior sales manager. Alternatively someone in a transaction manager or business manager role with plenty of experience and looking to move up into their First sales manager job.Working alongside the used car manager and between you, overseeing a team of 6 sales executives.This is a hands-on management role; you will be deal stacking, second facing, operating on the shop floor and driving sales performance.Additionally you will have responsibility for new car targets, campaigns, ordering, stock, management KPIs and ultimately chasing profit whilst still providing excellent customer service.You will benefit from plenty of support on site from senior management. As well as help from group sales and F&I performance managers.This is a fantastic opportunity and platform for someone to kick on their career.
