Job Description

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

  • Salary £30-£35,000
    • We are currently looking to recruit a Mechanically Biased Maintenance Engineer for a Food manufacturing industry client. The ideal candidate must be experienced with Mechanical maintenance, fault finding and repair.Duties and responsibilities as a Maintenance Engineer:
  • Planned, reactive & preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Machine fitting, installation, rebuild, calibrate, refurbish, commission, service & breakdowns
  • Pneumatic & hydraulic maintenance and repair
  • Electrical 3 phase motor experience
  • Reading / following engineering drawings
  • Project Work including;
    • o Machine upgrades modification Efficiency ImprovementsExperience/Qualifications required:
  • Engineering Qualification (C&G, NVQ, BTEC, ONC, HNC, Degree or similar)
  • Mechanical Qualifications
  • Apprentice trained or level 3 qualified
  • Minimum 3 years plus in a similar environment
