Job Description

Are you an insurance paralegal actively looking for a new opportunityIs your background in RTA and file handlingWe are looking for an RTA file handler to join our national defendant firm and the Motor Fraud team. You will be joining this firm as a Motor Fraud paralegal, responsible for handling a caseload of fraudulent insurance claims.Duties Include

  • Handling a litigated caseload of fraudulent files
  • Working on motor vehicle / RTA claims
  • Independently working the life of a file
  • Exposure to fast to multi track work
