Job Description

Fintelligent is looking for an experienced and collaborative Mortgage Case Manager to join our clients state-of-the-art and vibrant offices in Horwich. The successful candidate will be working from Monday - Friday and will be rewarded with a generous wageof up to £22,000 p/a pl, rising to £25,000 upon completion of your probation. You will also recieve a monthly bonus on top of this.The role also comes with a great benefits package that includes:

In this Mortgage Case Manager role, you will be required to:
  • Process and manage applications from the initial enquiry all the way through to completion
  • Take ownership and management of tasks to successfully deliver completions for customers
  • Be a team player and showcase initiative
  • Work in a busy environment meeting regulatory targets
To apply for this role youll need direct relevance experience regarding mortgage or FCA-regulated case management. Youll also require:
  • To be CeMAP Qualified (desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent I.T and communication skills
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations
  • Knowledge and TCF culture
  • Experience in either first charge or second charge mortgage environment
  • Experience as an underwriter also desirable
