World Class Defence Organisation based in Bolton is currently looking to recruit a Manufacturing Controller subcontractor on an initial 12 month contract. Hourly Rate: £20.46 for the first 12 weeks and then £21.84 from week 13 onwardsContract Duration: 12 Months (initially and then ongoing and long-term thereafter)Manufacturing Controller The Manufacturing Controllers role will involve issue, receipt and management of stores and inventory in a stores / Warehouse environment. Loading, control and monitoring of work packages in a manufacturing environment. Specific responsibilities include:Stock control / storekeeping including shelf life control. Load the manufacturing cells with the requisite jobs in accordance with planned lead and cycle times, in order to comply with manufacturing programmes and delivery schedules. Packing including theuse of hand tools.Receiving and issuing of tooling. Updating computer records. Kitting activity. Loading and unloading of lorries.Essential Skills:
