Job Description

  • Manage the timely invoicing and collections from organisations in accordance with the contracts.
  • Liaise with relevant staff members to ensure appropriate invoicing and assist in data submission to external organisations.
  • Ensure that the financial elements of the contracts with the portfolio of partners are up to date for all partners and that the register of partners is up to date.
  • Summarise and confirm all franchise payments to partners and ensure that they agree with the partner agreements.
  • Ensure and maintain integrity and confidentiality of data and associated data protection requirements in line with corporate and statutory requirements.
  • Develop financial reports at agreed intervals with a specific focus on the status of invoices, payments, and debts.
  • Assist in carrying out regular financial performance reviews of the partnerships, programmes, revenues, costs and surplus generation.
  • To assist in financial planning, budgeting, and other related aspects.
  • To be responsible for coordinating key information flow between the Finance Office and other Division.
  • Work with the Exchequer Controller to ensure that debts are collected within terms of payment.
  • To assist with the monthly and year-end closure of accounts.
  • To carry out all duties in a manner and attitude of professional co-operation that affect them.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the business to ensure the integrity and credibility is maintained and protected.
  • To be part of a team which will deliver training in devolved financial management and other procedures.
