Resource Solutions are looking for a IT Project Manager to work for us as part of our newly implemented Workforce Consultancy model. How the model works is- we would hire you permanently as then would manage everything in terms of your HR, training and salaryneeds and then the client would then manage your day to day work activities. We establish strong business partnerships which help us execute projects in line with their short, medium and longer term plans.About the roleIn this role you will be using your project management experience and excellent leadership skills to motivate and drive teams to develop and implement successful IT Change projects for our Commercial Insurance business.As an enthusiastic and keen project manager, your ability to manage complex relationships with multiple stakeholders during all aspects of the project, as well as maintaining strong project controls. Our projects are delivered in a dynamic, agile environmentusing Microsoft technologies.Your highly developed interpersonal skills and natural collaborative style will mean that you will be comfortable working with a wide range of specialist expertise, including Business Analysis, Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, Architecture, Infrastructure,Strategy, Programme Management Office and Governance teams.The role can be based at any AXA site and hybrid working is currently in place.What will you need
