Tier 2 ISOC / NOC Engineer x 3 VacanciesThis is an opportunity to join a Tech organisation that pride themselves on providing innovative solutions to customers across the globe. Their customer base has increased throughout that period with a real spike in recent times. Hence the requirement forsome talented, passionate additions to their various teams.These particular vacancies will fall in the Tier 2 ISOC department based in their Bolton office, performing the duties of a well-rounded NOC Engineer.Your core responsibilities will be to ensure technical support is provided for a variety of products and services with the main focus of Managed Networks and Security, VoIP and fixed connectivity.You will:- Have and provide excellent customer service along with the capability to remotely support and identify issues affecting customer systems and services, then perform 3rd Line diagnosis with a view to resolution.- Demonstrate experience in firewalls, Routing & Switching and wide area communications.- CCNA accrediation and/or 3 years of running an IT service would be a great indicator of your level / ability.- Strong background in Cisco would be great but if you excel in another vendor, this will be considered too.This organisation and specific team have adopted a fluid, flexible working shift pattern that would generally see you be on site for 3 days and off site for 2 - weekend and night shifts will feature.Salary bracket: £30,000 - £34,000(NPVV3 clearance would be hugeley advantageous for 1/3 of these positions)Please apply below or email me on to find out more and see a full Job Description.
