Job Description

Internal Account Manager - Logistics - Bolton - Up to £28,000 basicAbout the CompanyOur client is on the lookout for an experienced DESK BASED ACCOUNT MANAGER based from their busy site in North Manchester.You will ideally have experience within the UK Domestic and International Express Parcels industries but MUST has a strong background in retention and development of an existing account portfolio.They are a major player in the UK and International Distribution Market with an exceptional reputation within the industry. Internal Account Manager- The Rewards

Internal Account Manager- Responsibilities
  • Retention and development of the relationships with UK Domestic and International Express Parcels customers.
  • Building & maintaining a long-term relationship with customers, and maximizing potential new revenue streams.
  • Acting as the central contact for clients, field-based teams and Operations
  • Manage and control the individual Customer tariffs and respond to quotation requests immediately to support securing the business.
Internal Account Manager- Requirements
  • Strong background within International or UK Express Parcels, Fulfillment, e-commerce, re-seller or 3PL Logistics
  • Proven track record of Account Management ideally within ecommerce / logistics distribution
  • Focussed, reliable and hardworking individual with a clear focus on building and strengthening
  • A real self-starter with lots of enthusiasm and a sense of individuality
  • Able to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering great service
