Implementation Manager - ERP / eCommerce / SQLDue to exciting growth an opportunity has arisen for an Implementation Manager to join a company who are currently in the process of implementing new Inventory Management Software (ERP) and a brand new website to take their eCommerce Superstore and Brand to the next level.The ideal Implementation Manager will have experience working with various ERP system process including supply chain management (manufacturing, purchasing and distribution), warehouse management, customer relationship management (CRM) and other functions.The CompanyFor their chosen sport, our client is the number one eCommerce Superstore in the UK for sporting products and equipment. Stocking and supplying over 13,000 products and selling to both consumer and trade in the UK, and Internationally to over 100 different countries around the world.Key Skills:*SQL / MySQL*Database Management System (DBMS)*ERP Integration *Inventory Management Software Experience*eCommerce platform and ERP integrationThe Ideal Implementation Manager will have the following responsibilities:*Project Planning *Go-live system support and process improvement*Create strategies for Risk Mitigation and contingency planning*Improving systems and processes to maintain service levels*Communicating software implementation across the business, providing general user support, including technical guidance documents, user guides, system specifications and training manuals*Main point of contact for all IT/Digital Projects (internal and external)*Liaise closely with internal and external teams to identify opportunities and manage challenges*Define resources and the schedule for project implementation*Measure performance to assure healthy progress and provide project progress reports*Run system reports and identify business performance / opportunityWhat were looking for in the ideal Implementation Manager:*Experience with ERP Implementation and Support*SQL / MySQL Development and Querying Skills*Proof of concept skills - ability to design and implement software testing scenarios *Third party agency and software provider management*Strong understanding of eCommerce and CRM systems (Visualsoft/Magento/WooCommerce etc.)*Advanced Microsoft Package Skills (Word/PowerPoint/Excel etc)*Excellent problem solving abilityWhats in it for the ideal Implementation ManagerCompetitive Salary DOEFree ParkingGreat Hours Monday - FridayIf this sounds like the right role for you, APPLY NOW!
