In this new and exciting opportunity as HR People Services Manager you’ll bring your knowledge and experience to our people function as it transforms for the future.You’ll be responsible for leading the people advisory, transactional and administration support to the business, delivering an excellent service with quality solutions for our colleagues. Leading a small team of HR People Advisors you will encourage a culture of continuous improvement and the ongoing development of core people processes, ensuring that robust governance is in place. Your team will be supporting the wider HR People Team and our leaders in managing our people, ensuring a great employee experience.Reporting to the Head of People, you will initially be part of a project team developing our phased HR Transformation journey. Your role will be to define the processes, service, KPI’s and MI for all core HR activity in line with our policies. You will support the development and ongoing delivery of a knowledge base, how the service supports the business, integrates with the broader People function and prepare for an effective go live as we start implementing the technology and transition to our new HR operating model during the coming year. Once live, HR People Services will be instrumental in delivering exceptional HR advisory and transactional support to our managers, current and future employees, enabling and empowering self-service.Essential Ingredients:
