H9 Human Resources are proud to be working with a brilliant national organisation who are looking for a HR Manager to join their HR team.This is a generalist HR Manager role, leading a team of circa 4 HR Advisors and partnering a particular business area who are spread across the UK. Reporting directly into the Head of HR.The position is within a fast-paced, mutli-site business, and would be well suited to a candidate with both strong ER and HR team leadership skills.The role is based in Bolton, with 1 day a week available to work from home. There will be occasional travel to other sites.The postion comes with a salary between £38,000 - £42,000pa Plus a Car Allowance of £4,000pa
