Are you a Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator on top of your gameWorking alongside the Head of Health, Safety & Environment, you’ll support our manufacturing and distribution teams, by coordinating our HS&E Management systems.Here at Centre Office, Bolton, the Health, Safety and Environment team are dedicated to ensuring legal compliance and providing stakeholders with information that helps them to manage risks to the lowest level.You will be rewarded by working in a dynamic department with plenty of variety with the opportunity to gain further knowledge in HS&E through appropriate training.The Recipe:As Britain’s Best Loved Food Brand’ we have been baking bread since 1876. Our family of 4,500 colleagues throughout the UK, have recognised us as a Sunday Times Top 30 Best Big Companies’ to work for.Family and values is what makes us different, and we are a proud brunch, join us and you too could be proud to be Warburtons.As HS&E Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing appropriate support to the Head of HS&E in ensuring the delivery of the HS&E Strategy.To manage HS&E Policy, Process and Legal data, and information held within HS&E management systems, to ensure that HS&E standards are maintained and continuously developed. To be the central contact point for internal customers on these procedures and associated training.Reporting to the Head of HS&E as part of the Centre HS&E Team. Providing secretarial and administrative support, to ensure the department operates efficiently. Dotted line support for the GM / Group HS&E and the HS&E Managers at sites.Essential Ingredients:

  • Good knowledge and understanding of external accreditation standards management systems and outputs would be advantageous, but not essential.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages;
  • Knowledge of a range of database and document control software and knowledge of SAP, would be beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided
