• Significant Operations, Distribution, and Warehousing experience in FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods) with Health and Safety at the heart of everything you do
• Able to work collaboratively across large multi-site operations, and cross-functionally, understanding the importance of teamwork
• A visionary leader with experience of creating and implementing strategic plans, showing a strong understanding of complex business operations and ability to drive change at pace
• Commercial and Financial acumen, ability to drive efficiencies and deliver against a challenging budget in a competitive environment
• Ability to drive cultural change and develop future talent
