Job Description

Job: Graduate Sales and Marketing AdministratorLocation: BoltonSalary: £23,000 – £26,000.Our client has over twenty years of experience supplying sustainable packaging products for other UK businesses. Providing a range of products, including bags, boxes, and other sustainable packaging, they deliver quality with a huge focus on minimising environmentalfootprint. They are looking for an enthusiastic new team member, looking to make a real impact from day one at an exciting time of company growth. This is a position for someone who can work autonomously and is adaptable to the many roles of a small team environment,happy to roll their sleeves up and pitch in wherever needed.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Dealing with customer queries over the phone and via email.
  • Providing sales team with market data to drive sales.
  • Taking orders and ensuring accurate processing.
  • Handling returns/refunds.
  • Managing the CRM and overview of commercial activity.
  • Conducting market research.
  • Managing diaries and scheduling meetings.
  • Liaising with suppliers.
  • Supporting the digital marketing strategy, posting on social media channels.
  • Raising invoices
  • Preparing quotes, with the support of the system.
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in a B2B setting.
  • An undertanding of social media presence.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Ideally located in or close to Horwich, Bolton.
  • Ideally has experience in HubSpot.
  • A keen desire to be part of a growing business.
