Industry leading IT and technology business located in Kearsley are seeking a graduate payroll clerk due to continued growth of the finance team.As the graduate payroll clerk, you will report into the finance manager, and will assist with a variety of transactional finance responsibilities with a focus on payroll.Your responsibilities will include:* Processing of starters, leavers and change in terms onto the payroll system* Calculate, input and check payroll adjustments* Review summary pay reporting and reconcile monthly payroll* Administration and payment of statutory leave, court orders, childcare vouchers and pension* Resolution of payroll queries through pay reconciliation and liaising with appropriate internal and external stakeholders.* Support Practice Managers and department managers with pay related queries and procedures* Resolution of payroll queries through pay reconciliation and liaising with appropriate internal and external stakeholders.* Support Practice Managers and department managers with pay related queries and proceduresTo be considered for this role:* 1st class/2.1 level graduate * Good computer literacy skills including basic Excel skills and previous experience of payroll systems* Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to deal with queries efficiently & courteouslyFor more information on this exciting graduate payroll clerk position for a market leading IT business based In Kearsley, or any other finance roles in Greater Manchester, please contact Dan Collins at Walters People on
