ERP Sage ConsultantWe are currently looking to meet up with experienced ERP consultants or Sage 200 specialists looking to join an award winning Business Systems and Managed IT services provider. Working as a key member of the Operations department, the Sage Consultant has a crucial role in supporting customers by undertaking specific projects and resolving escalated issues. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities for the ideal Sage ERP Consultant: * Produce a well defined project plan, specification and ensure resource availability so that projects run within allocated budgets and agreed timescales. * Ensure that all appropriate project processes are followed, including the completion of documentation and records. * Provide relevant consultancy services to all customers, in line with the service portfolio. * Provide escalation support to the Service Desk for the most technically complex issues, arranging external escalation or support when required. * To ensure an exceptional level of customer service with every customer interaction. * Prioritise and arrange several projects, customer incidents and requests simultaneously. * Able to travel to customers sites, often staying away from home for brief periods. * Identify and communicate potential sales opportunities.
