Job Description

Job Title: Manufacturing Test EngineersLocation: Bolton(We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements.)Salary: £39,000 - £48,000 depending upon position and experienceIf you are thinking about a new challenge in the New Year, now is the time to apply. The OpportunityDue to exciting business growth, our client has a wide range of opportunities in our Manufacturing Test team across Operations and Engineering over the next 12 months. We have roles from Test Operators through to Principal Test Engineers and everything in-between.If you have qualifications and experience in electronic/electrical test we would be interested in you submitting your CV.Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Automated Test Operator (Operator)
  • Manual Test Technician (Operator/Technician)
  • Test Instructions (Technicians)
  • Authoring test instructions (Engineers)
  • Diagnosing product faults (Engineers)
  • Integrating new products into manufacturing (Principal Engineers)
Essential:
  • Qualifications in a STEM subject and/or an apprenticeship.
  • Experience of using both manual and automated test equipment.
  • A good understanding of electrical/electronic measurement and test principles and test equipment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, and knowing when to employ which.
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
