1. Repair and improve plant to achieve GMP, Safety Health Environment and productivity targets2. Carry, out develop and improve the PPM for Packaging.3. Liaise with Production staff to identify faults and areas for improvement.4. Maintain a library of manuals to aid plant knowledge5. Work with external contract engineers to improve personal knowledge and familiarity with plant.6. To work to any permit systems defined on site.7. Keep the workshop and work areas clean, neat and tidy to GMP.8. Store tools and spares safely and in good order.9. Participate in any continuous improvement activities deemed appropriate.10. Comply with company policies and procedures on GMP, Safety and employment with the company.11. Report any accidents, damage or incidents to management.12. Manage Production spares via visual, manual or computer systems. Highlight low stock levels to supervisor as necessary.13. Maintain a flexible and proactive approach to keeping the Production operation running, including extra working hours if required.14. Work as part of a team on site to achieve company goals and objectives.15.
