Acorn by Synergie is currently looking for experienced Electrical Assembly Production Operatives for their client, an award-winning company specialising in cable assembly, wiring looms, and control panels for the automotive, aerospace, rail and securityindustries.The company is a long-established, family-run business, and is based in central Bolton in a modern facility, offering an excellent working environment and accessible transport links.Due to continued growth, this client is looking for several Experienced Electrical Assembly Operatives for work on a long-term basis to support the growth of their business.The ideal candidates for the role will have:* Experience of working in a production environment* A willingness to work and a good positive attitude* Experience in soldering electrical components and the ability to follow electrical wiring diagrams* Able to ensure products are finished to a high standard* Be dexterous as you will be working with small wiring componentsThe successful candidates will be involved in:* Cable preparation* Crimping* Stripping/Snipping wires* PCB work* Heat shrinking* Assembly dutiesHours of work:* 8am-5pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am-1pm, Friday* 37.5 hours per weekThe pay rate starts at £10 per hour and will increase after completion of all initial training and a probationary period on site.The starter pay rate will increase to £10.42 per hour from the 1st of AprilPlease note these positions start on a temporary ongoing basis but permanent opportunities are available for the right candidates.If you are interested in the above role please click apply below.Acorn by Synergie acts as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
