Are you a facilities Manager or Estates Manager with multi-site experience and open to your next career opportunity Working for our Head of Distribution Delivery you’ll be our facilities and buildings expert across our Distribution estate, creating ourAsset Care and Maintenance plans and coordinating refurbishment of existing sites and implementing new sites. Our aim is simple; to deliver a safe, efficient, and effective distribution operation.Essential Ingredients
  • Operational experience gained within a multi-site Facilities Management role.
  • Experience in setting up Asset Care and Maintenance frameworks and Supplier Management
  • Demonstrated ability to influence in-direct reporting teams across a national network of sites.
  • Commercial and Financial Acumen; managing a direct budget and working with Distribution Operations teams to develop facilities budgets.
  • Experience in depot lease management, dilapidations, and negotiations,
  • Experience and technical knowledge of current Health & Safety, Compliance and UK legislation for buildings and facility assets
  • Project Management experience, working with a broad range of suppliers, stakeholders, and Head Office functions.

Working across 22 locations nationwide. You’ll be able to build solid relationships and influencechange with indirect reports and build a robust and proactive asset care and maintenance plan for our distribution estate that enables the 24/7 efficient operation.Responsible for ensuring we maintain compliant with our Health and Safety requirements, Environmental compliance, and current legislation by creating and maintaining systems, policies and procedures for our buildings and assets across the estate of sites.Partnering with national and head office cross-functional teams, increasing internal expertise, whilst enabling an efficient operation with proactive maintenance ensuring minimal down time and ensuring best value for money from suppliers.Your knowledge and experience of building and facilities management will be welcomed; you’ll influence and work with our Distribution site leaders and their teams to plan and co-ordinate activities, provide updates, and support with repairs and refurbishments.Leading by example, you’ll be driving change and influencing people through times of transformation and growth, it’s never been a better time to join us.We will invest in your development, support you and encourage you to be at your best.
