Job Description

  • £10.99 per hour
  • 6 month contract
  • 33 days holiday each year
  • Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week,

We are looking for someone who can deliver successful customer and business outcomes by processing work, investigating queries, supporting business processes, policies and procedures, and understanding needs.Whatever your background, if you are customer focused and self-motivated this could be an excellent opportunity for you to join a major high street bank.You will need first class customer service skills, to be comfortable with different computer systems and enjoy a fast-paced environment, all whilst working as part of a great team.We are also looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills to listen to our customers, develop relationships with them and always maintain an understanding of their needs.If you are successful in being offered this role, you will need:
  • To provide current in date passport/bio metric card if applicable
  • To pass a credit check - this will be looking at defaults, payment plans, CCJs, IVAs and Bankruptcy
  • To pass a police check
  • To provide reference contact details for anywhere you have worked or studied in the last 2 years
