Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorPertemps are recruiting for Customer Service positions working on assignment at one of the UK’s leading banks.This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain or develop skills such as Customer Service, Office based skills and Administration skills.Successful candidates will need to have a positive telephone manner, professional communication skills and a willingness to resolve problems and help customers. KEY TASKS:
  • Take incoming calls regarding customer enquiries about pensions, speaking with current customers about theirpension account queries.
  • Resolve issues mostly via phone or on lesser occasions via webchat.
  • Log all calls on internal systems, showing a high level of IT aptitude and ability to take accurate notes.
  • Collaborate with team members, help your colleagues with issues and learn from others.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Professional telephone manner (phone experience not required, but a positive attitude is!)

  • The ability to learn and take in large amounts of information
If you are successful as a Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to pass a CREDIT CHECK and DBS CHECK. This will be completed after the selection process.
