Job Description

  • £10.99 per hour
  • 6 months long contract that could lead to a permanent opportunity
  • 33 days holiday each year
  • Full time: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am-6pm
  • Working from home once proficient - 1 week in 5 in the office
  • Free car parking
Job description - the role We are looking for someone who can deliver successful customer and business outcomes by processing work, investigating queries, supporting business processes, policies and procedures, and understanding needs. Whatever your background, if you are customerfocused and self-motivated this could be an excellent opportunity for you to join a major high street bank.You will need first class customer service skills, to be comfortable with different computer systems and enjoy a fast-paced environment, all whilst working as part of a great team.We are also looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills to listen to our customers, develop relationships with them and always maintain an understanding of their needs.Next stepsIf you are successful in being offered this role, you will need:
  • To provide current in date passport
  • To pass a credit check - this will be looking at defaults, payment plans, CCJs, IVAs and Bankruptcy
  • To provide reference contact details for anywhere you have worked or studied in the last 2 years
