Job Description

Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) is the worlds leading provider of Talent Acquisition and Management Services. We deliver award-winning solutions to over 65 outsourcing clients and consulting services to hundreds more. Our Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS)service acts as an extension of our clients recruitment team and provides professional interim and temporary resources.Our client is a well Known Corporate and Institutional banking organisation with headquarters in Central London and several other global locations; Providing Finance and Risk Solutions as well as Trading and Flow Sales to global financial institutions, investors,counterparties and corporate customers on a day to day basis.Do you enjoy working with people Are you looking to work for an organisation that puts the customer at the heart of every decision

  • £10.99 per hour
  • Just over 6 months long contract that could lead to a permanent opportunity
  • 33 days holiday each year
  • Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, working hours between 8am - 6pm
  • Remote working once proficient - 1 week in 5 in the office
  • Free car parking
We are looking for someone who can deliver successful customer and business outcomes by processing work, investigating queries, supporting business processes, policies and procedures and understanding needs.Whatever your background, if you are customer focussed and self-motivated this could be an excellent opportunity for you to join a major high street bank.You will need first class customer service skills, to be comfortable with different computer systems and enjoy a fast-paced environment, all whilst working as part of a great team.We are also looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills to listen to our customers, develop relationships with them and always maintain an understanding of their needs.If you are successful in being offered this role, you will need:
  • To provide current in date passport/biometric card if applicable
  • To pass a credit check - this will be looking at defaults, payment plans, CCJs, IVAs and Bankruptcy
  • To pass a police check
  • To provide reference contact details for anywhere you have worked or studied in the last 2 years
