Our client who specialises in Pensions are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their ever growing team based in Bolton. Your primary focus will be delivery administrative support as well as providing their clients with exceptional levels ofcustomer service over the telephone and via email.A base knowledge of SIPP or SSAS would be useful but is certainly not essential, as part of the role will be to assist the pension administration function. Full training will be provided to support the right candidate.Key responsibilities will include:- Providing excellent customer service to clients, advisers and third parties- Responsible for handling all front line telephone calls and email enquiries- Be a dedicated contact and manage relationships with customers, both internal and external- Processing DSARs and member information requests- Promote awareness of Anti-Monday Laundering Rules and to ensure compliance- Application of working knowledge of CASS, ensuring issues are escalated and identified CASS procedures are followed to reduce risk of breaches.What they are looking for:- Proven experience in an administrative role, within financial services would be beneficial- Strong numerary skills, proficient in Microsoft and Excel- Excellent planning and organisational skills, high attention to detail- Ability to manage relationships with customers supporting with complaints or queries- Professional and clear communicator- Good diagnostic, analytical and process skills, able to work to tight deadlines.Our client can offer a great place to work with a fun and friendly team, starting salary of 20k with great progression opportunity, contributory pension plan, life assurance and flexible benefit scheme to allow you to select benefits that are most appropriatefor your lifestyle and personal circumstances.Please contact Victoria Hearn @ Square Peg Associates for more information or click Apply Now for immediate consideration.
