Job Description

Customer Account Leader OpportunityAdecco Bolton currently has the pleasure of supporting our longstanding client in the recruitment of a Customer Account executive to join their industry leading team based in Westhoughton, Bolton. This role has come around due to large volumes of work awardedto the company, resulting in a higher degree of workload.   • To lead the supply chain and account management for the organisation.
  • Managing the order stream for the company including developing and maintaining strong relationship with new and existing clients.
  • To manage the day to day order book and deliver forecast and up to date information to management and director teams and liaising with other departments such as finance, warehouse, stock controllers in relation to order book.
  • Collating quotes and organisation of delivery and shipping of products (Road, Sea Freight and Air)
  • Identifying procedure and attempting to constantly improve the service and delivery offerings of the department.
The Person:
  • A candidate who holds experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Someone who has experience in a similar role is essential.
  • A person with a keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach to work.
  • Outstanding organisation with a natural ability to prioritise workload.
  • A candidate with strong abilities and experience with Microsoft packages.
  • Someone with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to motivate and influence at all levels.
The Benefits:
  • Salary of up to £30k (dependant on experience)
  • Permanent, Full Time Contract
  • Monday - Friday
  • 9am-5pm (Mon-Thurs) 8.30am-4pm (Friday)
  • 26 days holiday + Bank Holiday
