Job Description

CRM MANAGERBOLTON (hybrid)UP TO £48,000Do you have a passion or CRM and delivering powerful customer communications Are you interested in working in a small but mighty agency on a specific client Have a read of this CRM Manager role!THE COMPANY:This is a small but mighty UK marketing agency that has signed a contract with a higher education establishment for the next few years. Theyve done marketing, but are now keen to really drive CRM across powerful communications that focus on engagement andretention.WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DOYour role will cover:

  • Creating and deploying effective campaigns, particularly across the email channel to help improve engagement
  • Understand the customer database, looking across customer acquisition, retention, engagement and churn
  • Share insights across the customer population, trends and behaviours
  • Analysing campaigns to assess performance and success, applying what you learn to future campaigns and the marketing strategy
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
  • Previous CRM experience in an omnichannel setting, with particular strengths in email marketing
  • Worked across core projects like customer segmentation, personalisation of campaigns, automation, and understanding the customer journey across different touch points
  • A positive attitude and proactive work style, eager to get stuck in and take the initiative, showing the value of CRM to the business
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with the team and senior leadership
