Conveyancing ParalegalBoltonUp to £22,000Excellent Progression OpportunitiesEstablished Friendly FirmHours: 9 - 5My client is a well-established law firm with an excellent reputation for developing and retaining staff due their progressive and collaborative approach. A new job has become available to join a conveyancing solicitor. This job is ideal if you are lookingto progress your career within conveyancing.Key Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Supporting a fee earner in the conveyancing department
  • Dealing with all aspects of sale files
  • Post completion duties
  • Creating mortgage reports
  • Liaising with clients and agents
  • New file opening
  • Updating the case management system
Key Requirements for the Job:
  • You will have experience in conveyancing from inception to completion
  • You will have excellent understanding of property law
  • You will be a team player
  • You will be able to communicate well with clients
