Tremendous opportunity to join this regional practice and form part of a growing commercial propety department. This firm have a expanding portfolio of large clients across the North West and a number of recognised companies they represent.The role is to undertake a broad mix of work on commercial property transactions across the North West with a focus on acquisitions & disposals, landlord & tenant, lease work and development matters. Your key client base will be based in the Greater Manchester & Lancashire regions and on properties such as business parks, hotels and commercial units however you will also be dealing with larger city properties across the retail and industrial sectors.Working alongside an existing team split over 2 offices, you will become an integral part of the team right away and will enjoy a lot of direct client contact with key clients of the firm as well as contribute to building the department further by getting actively involved in the business development activities of the firm and the department.There will be opportunties presented to progress through the ranks and onto Partnership. You will be provided with Paralegal assitance, as well as the chance to work closley with an existing Partner. Ideally you will have gained 2 years experience as a commercial property solicitor as a minimum and must be competent running your own caseload, as well as dealing with business development.Salary will be based on experience level however will likely fall in the ball park of £35,000 - £50,000 with an added bonus and benefits package.
