Claims Analytics SpecialistBolton£41,000, Excellent Company BenefitsMonday to Friday: 09:00am to 17:30pmOur client who happen to be one of the largest insurance companies in the UK are looking for an experienced Claims Analytics Specialist to work out of their offices in Bolton.The ideal candidate will have gained over 5 years within a similar role.Key Accountabilities:In this role you will support the analytics strategy within Claims and the delivery of the advanced analytics programme. Identify projects and use cases to deliver indemnity and efficiency savings. Support the proactive insight and delivery on claims performance for our client.Develop strong relationships to drive alignment in views across operational and supply chains teams.Use domain knowledge to translate business needs into analytic strategies, and channel business insights into model designAbility to interpret analytics results and understand advanced analytics opportunities and limitationsCo-ordinate activity across a diverse team of analytical experts, developing technical excellence and a highly motivated and engaged teamLead relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and consultants as necessary to deliver key projects and develop initiatives end to end from idea generation through to operationalisationDevelop and maintain the analytics brand with internal and external stakeholders.Skills and Experience required:Either a general insurance professional qualification, or equivalent insurance knowledge to fulfil key accountabilities for the roleMinimum of 5 years experience in general insurance.
