Job Description

Campaign Performance Analyst - Bolton Permanent PositionSalary - £25000My client is looking for a Campaign Performance Analyst to join their growing team, you will be responsible for creating and leading out smart metering campaigns which will include sending out different communications to their customers for the best uptake.The ideal candidate will have some experience working with data and experience supporting multi-channel campaigns.Responsibilities of a Campaign Performance Analyst:

  • Managing the end-to-end Customer contact Campaigns - dealing with texts, emails and adding calls to the dialler alongside supporting the business transition to a more digital future.
  • Improving ways of working to deliver maximum performance.
  • Monitoring workloads and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Thinking of new ways to improve the customer experience.
  • Understanding of process managements, identifying gaps to improve process
Skills of a Campaign Performance Analyst:
  • Microsoft Office and Excel experience - Intermediate excel example: sums, countifs, vlookups, xvlookups, ability to remove duplicated, identify problems via filtering or formula generated
  • Creating and delivering power points to provide insights into performance activity
  • Organisational and Analytical skills
  • Good attention to detail - prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines
  • Working within a team and on own initiative
  • Previous experience using Dialler Platforms
