A vital position has become available with Bolton Council for an experienced Strategic Lead to support strategic direction for Council in response to the coronavirus pandemic. This role is available immediately on an expected 9-month temporary contract.What is the roleBolton Council are now looking to appoint Strategic Lead / Programme Manager to support the Assistant Director and Consultant in Public Health.In this role you will primarily be focused on formulating the direction, priorities and plans for the directorate, in line with outcomes, statistics and epidemiology, relating to the coronavirus pandemic.With two roles available you would either focus your strategic leadership on either Contact Tracing or Mass Testing, two key priorities for the Council.How will you do this
