Job Description

Job Title: Business Implementation AnalystLocation: BoltonFlexibility:AvailableContract Type: Fixed Term (9 months)Salary: £30k - £40k per annumOutcomes First Group is Great Place to Work™ certified – it’s official!We believe in having an amazing work-life balance, which is why we take part in the national 4 Day Working Week pilot,* which makes joining us now even more appealing…About The RoleOur Business Implementation Analyst will work with our central teams to implement new company wide HR and Payroll systems and support the integration of new schools into the group.You will also help our quality team ensure that our processes support our responsibility to safeguard the young people and adults in our care and many more interesting and varied projects.What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with colleagues to provide knowledge, expertise and insight to help document current processes.
  • Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement and support them through the change journey.
  • Attend and own facilitation workshops and help customers and users to design new ways of working while ensuring that processes add value.
  • Write clear and concise system requirements, test stories and acceptance criteria accessible to both the business users, our third-party software companies and developers.
  • Ability to take on some project management responsibilities such as planning, reporting, budget management and leading project meetings,

  • Recent experience in a similar role.
  • Competent communicator with excellent active listening skillswith the ability to build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Some experience in project planning and leading project meetings is desirable, but a willingness to get stuck in and learn is essential.
  • Strong written communication skills with a clear ability to write concisely and effectively.
  • Someone who thinks in solutions, not problems.
  • The ability to work effectively under time or resource pressures.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to focus on all areas of a project or task, no matter how small.
  • You thrive on being part of a team but can also recognise the importance of being able to work on your own when needed.
  • You need to be an ace organiser with the ability to work towards tight deadlines ensuring that you and the project team deliver on time.
