Job Description

Are you an Assistant Site Manager looking for your next opportunityAn award-winning developer have a requirement for an Assistant Site Manager to work alongside an experienced Site Manager on a brand new development based in Bolton.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business as an Assistant Site Manager on a new developments with plans to build 300 units, ranging from 2 and 3 storey homes, bungalows, and luxury 4 & 5 bed detached homes.Working closely with the Site Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation on a busy site and successful project completion. The Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily construction activities,assisting with project planning and scheduling, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing subcontractors, and maintaining quality standards. As an Assistant Site Manager you will take the lead with managing all internal fixes, getting plots readyfor CML and handover along with managing any and customer care defects.Skills, Experience and Qualifications required

  • Experience working on housing developments
  • Knowledge of NHBC Standards, regulations, and safety standards
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in construction software and tools
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in construction management or related field
  • CSCS Card, SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection
