Job Description

My client who are well established wholesale distributers of a specialist product based in Bolton are looking to expand their team by recruiting for a general administrator.The role is a permanent full-time role, and the starting salary is £22,000 with annual salary reviews.Due to the seasonal nature of the business the role is exceptionally varied, and you will be expected to undertake the following but not limited to:

  • Order Input on Sage
  • Answering customer queries both by email and phone
  • Analysing data to provide sales support to customers and for internal use
  • Preparing documents for export
  • Involvement with the B2C avenue of the business
  • Analysing Distribution Costs
  • Provide support on purchase ledger
  • General Office Duties
