Your Company:NET Recruit is delighted to present a fantastic role with a market leading HVAC manufacturing company located in the Bolton area, who are searching for an Administration Specialist to join their team. With decades of success behind them, due to their exceptionalproduct and service line, this company is now a globally renowned business and is looking to embark on some big projects moving forwards.As they continue growing many of their key functions, they are seeking a skilled administrator to join the team to support the business in its day to day operations.Your Roles and Responsibilities:While in this role, your duties may include but are not limited to:* Preparing paperwork and documents when needed and minimising errors where possible* Handling filing and general office organisation* Supporting on more specialised tasks such as invoicing and service coordination from time to time* Reporting and resolving any administrative issues or queries that arise in a timely manner* Answering incoming phone calls to the team when needed* Any additional duties as and when required by the teamWhat you will need to Apply:The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong administrative background and a number of years of experience within a similar role, handling documentation, phone calls and other clerical work. You will need to exhibit impeccable communication abilities,in both your written documents and emails and also while on the phone and in person. You should be confident and friendly and have an enthusiastic approach to your work. You will need to be organised and methodical in your work. Even though the business isan engineering/manufacturing company, knowledge or experience in this area isnt required, but would be advantageous.What you will get in Return:For the successful candidate, a starting salary of up to £30,000 may be on offer, depending on previous experience.
