Job Description

Administrator Assistant / Customer Service AdvisorMaternity Cover: (Potential to Permanent)Salary: £11.58phBolton, FarnworthWe are pleased to be working with a UK based company who are owned and managed by Clinical professionals. A vacancy has become available for an Administrator Assistant with customer service experience to cover a period of maternity leave. This position couldlead to a permanent role and has a competitive salary and immediate start for the right candidate.The Role: You will support the established administration team and Clinicians in delivering an excellent service to our customers and patients. The successful candidate/s must be able to manage their time effectively on a number of tasks to provide a high qualityof administration support to the department.Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with patients on the phone/face-face
  • Making appointments using bespoke system
  • Checking department email system and responding in a timely manner
  • Placing orders using a bespoke system for a variety of products
  • Liaising with suppliers on goods availability, chasing orders etc.
  • Adding new referrals and creating patient data
  • Booking in goods received from suppliers and matching against patient records
  • Advising patients of goods ready for collection by phone/letter
  • Maintain and control stock, equipment and materials
  • Liaise with clinical staff
Skills and Experience:
  • You must be proficient with Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Have experience of using databases
  • Worked withing in an office environment
  • competent with dealing with telephone queries/complaints
  • Be organised, accurate, have an eye for detail and be able to use your own initiative.
  • You will need to be calm, confident, able to work under pressure and be able to prioritise your own workload while working towards a common goal.

Shifts:
  • 21 hours per week
  • Any 3 days 08:45am - 16:15pm (Monday - Friday)
  • 30 minutes Lunch Break
