1st Line Support Engineer An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer with previous service desk experience to join a global renewable energy organsation with a working agreement of 5 days in their offices, based in Bolton. As the 1st LineEngineer, you will be providing IT support to their workforce using a variety of technologies including Windows and Office 365. The successful applicant will have experience setting up laptops and printers, troubleshooting, working on ticketing systems andinstalling software, as well as having a basic understanding of networking.This is a brilliant opportunity for a 1st Line Support Engineer to gain troubleshooting experience within a fast-paced environment as well as getting the opportunity to develop their network support skills to enhance their knowledge and skillset. A successful1st Line Support Engineer will be a friendly individual that has a keen interest in computers and can work both independently and as part of a team.Please note occasional travel to Swindon, Aldershot, Huddersfield sites is requiredSkills required for the 1st Line Support Engineer Position:
