Two posts full time/ part-time hours availableWe are seeking to appoint two dedicated and motivated health visitors to work within Bolsover locality, primarily covering caseloads in the Bolsover and Clowne area.You will be joining a team that have achieved Quality Always Gold accreditation within DCHS and the whole 0-19 childrens service was awarded DCHS team of the year in 2019.Working in a diverse area of both rural villages and ex- mining towns, you will find that there are lots of opportunities for developing public health work with communities and partner agencies, as well as delivering the core contacts within the Healthy Child Programme.The right candidates will hold the SCPHN qualification in Health Visiting and be dynamic team players, who are looking for a new challenge.If you think that you could make a positive impact on the local community, the team and the organisation, then please call us to find out more.To speak to the team you can call via our Single Point of Access service on .
